Carefully read these terms and conditions, which will apply if you wish to proceed with the purchase of any product from AVC furniture. AVC furniture may, at its discretion, change, modify, add or remove these terms at any time.
Please check these terms periodically for any changes and print off a copy to keep for reference.

General Information
All offers on our website are subject to availability. All pictures are for illustration purposes only.
Whilst we will try to ensure that all information and prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Placing an order
Once you have added all your items to the shopping cart, you will then proceed to the checkout to enter your payment and billing details. Once these have been completed you will proceed to the checkout again and at this stage you will receive an estimated delivery charge. If you wish to proceed with the order you can then proceed to the payment screen where you will enter asecure site to enable you to enter your card payment details. Once you have entered your card details you will then proceed to make a payment, which is also asecure site. You will then receive an invoice with all your details and order number. You will then be contacted by telephone within 48 hours by one of our advisors.
The confirmation invoice stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will contact you to confirm your order.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when our advisor contacts you to confirm the goods ordered.

Delivery
Delivery of goods will be deemed to have taken place when they are taken from our vehicle at your chosen delivery address. Please inspect all your goods on delivery and advise us of any visible damage within a reasonable time.
Delivery charges do not include unpacking or assembly of goods.
This website is only for delivery of products to customers who live in Stockport, and its close surrounding areas. Twenty miles from our shop location. If you are unsure of this call our shop on 01614740763, and we will be happy to assist you.
All goods must be accepected for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery, unless you give a special request to leave in your garage, etc., in which case AVC furniture will not accept liability for goods.
All delivery charges displayed on our website are guidelines. Final delivery charges will be confirmed before dispatch and process of your order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

Failed Delivery
In the event of a failed delivery i.e. you were not in when we attempted to deliver your goods, we will leave a card informing you of this. Failed deliveries may be subject to another delivery charge.

Payment
Once payment has been made through the website on a secure site one of our advisors will contact you. Although AVC furniture does the best to update the website daily all Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time we contact you to confirm your order.
All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Returns/Cancellations
We offer a full money back guarantee for all goods bought from the website, excluding delivery charges, if returned unused and in the original packaging within 7 days following the day of delivery.
Should your goods be faulty, we will offer to replace the faulty parts for you within 7 days of delivery. If we cannot provide replacement parts, and you do not wish to reselect to another product then you can request a full refund excluding delivery charges.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to delivery for a full refund, excluding an administration charge of £20.00.
Should delivery have taken place, you must retain possession and take care of the goods until we arrange to collect them. The goods must also be in the original packaging and unassembled in which you received them. We will refund you any money paid excluding the delivery charge and an administration charge of £20.00.
