FAQWhat is a "Factory second"?
Factory seconds are not necessarily lesser quality or faulty, but a piece of merchandise with a small problem (typically cosmetic and easily reparable) that prevent it from passing the quality checks in the inspection process, subsequently preventing it from being sold as completely brand new. This could range from having fittings replaced or repaired, joints may have been glued back to their former strength, or the piece may have just needed a very good clean and oil with high quality danish oil. A piece could also be a returned unused item to a store or an ex display unit, which the brand cannot sell itself. More often than not, you would never know a piece was ever classed as a "factory second”.
Why is everything so cheap?
We purchase our stock in large quantities in one go, our overheads are very low, and our motto is giving each customer the best value for money.
How much will delivery be?
Delivery will be a set charge of £20. We only currently deliver to a 20 mile radius of our shop location, which if you are unsure of don't hesitate to contact us.
When will I get my delivery?
This depends on whether we have the item in stock in our store, or if we have to order the item in for you. Generally, if the item is in our possession, we aim to deliver in 3-5 working days after payment is received.
What if I am not satisfied?
We currently offer a money back guarantee for all goods bought from the website, excluding delivery charges, if returned unused and in the original packaging within 7 days following the date of delivery.
